We inform you that the personal data provided by you will be incorporated into a database for which the organizers of the ACES 2023 are responsible, and used only for administrative and promotional purposes related to the event. The organization of the conference may carry out video recordings of communications and presentations with promotional purposes, where images of people, the public, or interventions in particular sessions may appear. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, and cancellation by writing to aces2023@travelboxeventos.es
By registering for the ACES 2023 Conference you acknowledge that we may include images of yourself taken during the event as part of promotional and scientific diffusion materials appearing on the ACES 2023 Conference web page and related social media pages. Should you not agree please inform us by sending an e-mail to aces2023@travelboxeventos.es
By certifying that you have read these registration rules, you also confirm having received the prior approval from any co-authors to provide their data to the ACES 2023 Organizing Committee.
Payment Policy
Registration and full payment of fees will be compulsory for attending any of the conference events.
Payment options
- By Credit card
- By bank transfer: please observe the relevant registration deadlines. Registration fees depend on the date the payment is received in our account. Any bank charges incurred are to be paid by the participant.
Please make sure to pay your registration fee before the deadline for registration. An unpaid or only partially paid registration will not be considered valid until fully paid.
All fees should be paid in EUR (€), free of all bank charges.
Confirmation
If you don’t receive an automatic confirmation reply within 24 hours, please contact the technical secretary of the conference: aces2023@travelboxeventos.es
Final Invoice
The final invoice will be issued based on details provided while registering (step Contact/Invoice details). Any change of such details (Attendee’s name, address, VAT number etc.) is possible before the conference is over and will be subject to a 20 EUR fee.
Cancellation policy
- In the event of cancellation by participants, no refund will be given. However, the registration can be transferred to a colleague from the same institution free of charge before July 28. Please be in touch with us in such a case.
- Please remember that cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Attendees are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.

Insurance and Liability
By registering for the ACES 2023 Conference, participants agree that the organizers do not accept liability for any impediment or disruption of the conference proceedings arising from political, social, health, travel, or economic events or any other unforeseen incidents beyond their control. The ACES 2023 organization will not be responsible for other services contracted directly by the attendees such as flights, hotel bookings, etc. The conference cancellation conditions shall apply in all cases. Registration of a participant entails acceptance of the cancellation conditions.
All the participants acknowledge the potential risks associated with the possibility of contact with the Covid-19 virus and the ensuing medical and personal consequences.
By providing this information, the organizers disclaim any liability relating to insurance.
Participants are strongly advised to make their own health and travel insurance arrangements.
Conference language
The official language of the Conference is English.
